Meet the Maker, Olga Joan, of MAKERS MARKET, a handcrafted home goods collection made locally in Brooklyn, New York, and established in 2016. With a background in apparel and fashion it only made sense that Olga’s career would naturally evolve to start her own home goods brand.

Like a capsule wardrobe, every home should have purposefully chosen pillows, tea towels, napkins & coasters, countertop cosies, and aprons- the LBD "little black dresses" of home interiors. MAKERS MARKET delivers sustainable, handcrafted original designs that work with a variety of home design styles. 
The Collection is celebrated in its functionality and inspired by both the fabrics used and how goods are produced.

Conscious about the impact manufacturing has on the environment, MAKERS MARKET strives to be as friendly to the earth as they can be. Their zero-waste goal is best practiced through the utilization of all fabric big enough to create a piece, to recycling any leftover fabric swatches. 

Using water-based inks, fabric is screen printed from original artwork and then used to produce the small batch and limited edition collection.
