E. Lo Ceramic Art
Meet the Maker Emily LoPresto the artist behind E. Lo Ceramic Art. She has been working with her hands and clay for more than half her life. Being a ceramic artist is not just a hobby or a profession. Being a ceramicist is who she is.
She earned her degree in Ceramics, and currently works in her own art studio in Detroit, MI.
Her current work is done through functional slip cast, and using technology, she gets to solve problems with the molds she make to ultimately yield a beautiful, artistic, functional piece of pottery.
Her hope is that people purchase her work and enjoy using it in everyday life as much as she does.
